Mandate: If performance art is going to do anything for us, it might as well be to get us out of a ticket.
POE radio's structure offers a space of collaboration, improvisation and social engagement between institutional and public communities. POE invites artists to experiment with objects, sound, and movement in order to produce a performance/installation, and a radio broadcast.
