WORD OF THE PIG (2016)
Public intervention and video piece
Word of the pig is an absurdist performance and video piece composed by the interactions between an object, a subject and a trigger. Both as a public performance and as a video piece, Word of the Pig puts into question about how individuals inhabit spaces through notions of translation/limitation, equality/difference, obedience/resistance.
Through abstraction, this work speaks about identity, labour and the socio-cultural dynamics that choreograph our movements.
